Chocolate 'Moose' Rocket

* Makes enough for four people

Slice a chocolate sponge roll into eight pieces. Place a slice into the bottom of four tall plastic ‘glasses’. Take a can of your favourite tinned fruit – mandarin oranges, peaches, pears or apricots. Drain the fruit and reserve the juice. Spoon a little juice over each slice of sponge and then place a layer of fruit over the top. Cover the fruit with some ready-made custard. Repeat this process starting with another layer of sponge and finishing with a layer of custard. When ready to serve, top the rocket with a big swirl of Anchor Chocolate Flavour 'Moose' and a cherry
