'Moose' Berry Mountain
Take your favourite large, American style cookie (the 'Moose' likes chocolate chip). Arrange a layer of strawberry slices on top of the cookie. Cover the strawberries with some Anchor Chocolate Flavour 'Moose' and then arrange another layer of strawberries on top. (Allow 2-3 strawberries per cookie.) Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the strawberries and top with a big swirl of Anchor Chocolate Flavour 'Moose'. How high can you make your mountain?
