Chocolate Truffle Torte
Ascend all the way to Chocolate Heaven without a single pang of guilt (well, maybe just a couple) with this deliciously rich and rather indulgent dessert. Our tip: Get the timing right and build at least 3 hours of chilling time into your plan.

To make:
75g unsalted butter
150g digestive biscuits, crushed
397g can condensed milk
450g plain chocolate
6 tbsp. brandy or orange liqueur
300ml ANCHOR® Real Dairy Cream (approx. 10 tbsp)
To decorate:
Chocolate curls
Cocoa powder

Make…
Melt the butter and stir in to the crushed biscuits. Press into the base of a 20cm loose-bottomed cake tin and chill in the fridge.
Meanwhile, put the condensed milk, chocolate and brandy in a large bowl. Place the bowl over a pan of simmering water and stir until the chocolate has melted. Leave to cool for 5 minutes.
Using an electric whisk, whisk in the cream and pour the mixture over the base. Chill until set. Decorate with the chocolate curls and dust with cocoa powder. Cut into slices and pipe on the ANCHOR® Real Dairy cream. Serve immediately and enter chocolate Heaven.
