Nectarine, Orange and Muesli Layer
A touch of fruit. A touch of muesli - and a bit of Anchor Real Dairy Inspiration all come together to make this a simple, but ever-so-sweet dessert, with the accent on health and goodness.

Take…
2 large ripe nectarines
2 large oranges
175g (6oz) unsweetened fruit and nut muesli
1-2 tbsp runny honey

Make…
Remove the stone from the nectarine and dice the flesh. Remove the orange peel and pith and divide the orange into segments, then dice. Mix the fruits together.
Mix the muesli with the honey and starting with the fruit, layer the fruit and muesli in a tall dessert dish or glass. Top with a generous squirt of ANCHOR® Light Real Dairy Cream and serve.
