Off To The Beach Berry Booster Smoothie
You can’t fail to get in a sunny mood when you whiz up this fabulously fruity smoothie. Packed with health-boosting antioxidants courtesy of Super foods – bananas, cranberries, strawberries and blueberries, this is a delicious way to give your body a kick start for summer.

Take…
2 small ripe bananas, broken into chunks
110g (4 oz) blueberries
55g (2oz) cranberries (fresh or frozen)
110g (4oz) strawberries, hulled
200 ml (7fl oz) cranberry and apple juice or cranberry and orange juice, or cranberry and raspberry juice
200 ml (7 fl oz) semi skimmed milk

Make…
Blend the fruit in a food processor. Add the fruit juice and blend again.
Finally, with the food processor running, add sufficient milk and Anchor Light Real Dairy Cream to achieve the preferred thickness of Smoothie.
