Take…

1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup flour
1/8 tsp salt
3 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
ANCHOR® Real Dairy Cream

Make…

Heat the water and shortening in saucepan until it is boiling. Add the flour, sifted with salt, and stir vigorously.

Take the mixture off the hob as soon as it is ready. Allow to cool, blend in the unbeaten eggs and the baking powder, and mix thoroughly. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture on greased baking tin, approx. 4cm apart, and shape them into rough circles with a spoon.

Bake the profiteroles in hot oven for about 30 minutes at 220°C. Once they’re ready, take the profiteroles out of the oven and cut with a sharp knife near their base and allow to cool a little. Here’s the fun part - squirt in as much ANCHOR® Real Dairy Cream as you can. And then, add some more! Dribble on chocolate sauce and grab yourself a fork. Divine.
