Sun Kissed Baked Fruit
You can almost taste the sunshine with these juicy fruits – baked in orange and raspberry juice until thick and syrupy. A tender squirt of Anchor Light Real Dairy Cream tops it off deliciously.

Take…
3 apples, quartered, cored and cut into thick slices
3 nectarines, quartered and stones removed
4 plums, quartered and stones removed
15ml (1tbsp) caster sugar
100ml (3½ fl oz) orange and raspberry fruit juice

Make…
Place all the fruit in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with the sugar and pour over the fruit juice. Stir the mixture.
Cover with some baking foil and cook at 190° C, Gas Mark 5, stirring occasionally. When the fruit is soft and the juices thick and syrupy serve with a topping of Anchor Light Real Dairy Cream.
Tip: If there is any left (!) serve chilled the next day layered with Granola and natural yogurt to make a delicious breakfast treat.
